Data we process

We process account identifiers and email, Passport and profile content, server follows, verified vote and reward records, missions and progression, notification preferences and device tokens, owner listing and integration data, reports, support messages, security logs, truncated or salted network identifiers, and product interactions such as searches and listing views.

Why

We use this information to provide and secure accounts, synchronize Passports, confirm authentic votes, prevent duplicate rewards and abuse, deliver requested notifications, moderate user content, support server owners, and measure aggregate product performance. We do not sell personal data or use app activity for cross-company tracking.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with infrastructure, security, and transactional-email processors needed to operate VoteLadder, or when legally required. Public profile and listing fields are visible by design according to their privacy settings. Account records are retained while active; operational and fraud records may be retained when needed for security or legal obligations. Device registrations are revoked when notifications are disabled or the account is deleted.

Your controls

You can change Passport visibility and notification categories, report or block public content, and delete your account in the website or iOS app. Deletion removes or anonymizes personal data while preserving non-personal integrity records and server listings that must be reassigned or retained.
